Body Memo and They Move in Three Second Phrases, Glowing. form a dyadic body of work. They explore memory, narrative, and touch. Layers of direction are revealed throughout the works, existing as internal embodied scores and interpersonal cues. The projects cite the psychological hypotheses of haptic memory and kinaesthetic empathy, bearing witness to partial narratives which unfold through touch, research-led composition, and stillness.
